So let me start by saying "WHAT A CRAZY 3 WEEKS". It all started the last week in February it was our first anniversary on the 28th, and just like me I forgot. Well I didn't really forget I just didn't think it was so soon. So I was really surprised when I asked if I could go to Moab he said "Didn't you have any plans for us this weekend?" No of corse not why would I....... Oh right. So after all that we decided that I would go considering he had to work all day Saturday any way. I need to explain my family and I are extremely involved in The National Wild Turkey Federation. So our trip to Moab was to help with another committee and their fund raiser. While we were their my mom and dad made me hike up to Delicate Arch. Let me just say that was 3 miles of pure H***, but totally worth it.
When I got home Josh had bought me flowers and we had steak and lobster for dinner and it was a great first anniversary. A nice end to a great first year. So the next weekend was our banquet and it was a big success. We raised over $20,000. The next Friday I had to drive to American Fork for work to do a presentation at a hair school. I did a hair cut on my cute little client that lives in Lehi, her name is Hallie. Then I showed the power point that I created that talks about my work and why I love what I do.
The next day at my work we had a big open house to show off our party room. I got a chance to meet Larry and Cookie, the creators of Cookie Cutters. We did over 90 hair cuts and I personally did 22. Needles to say I can finally relax.
